I would need more information about that windmill, or the oil. Too heavy of oil can cause a leak, it won't run back to the case, pile up, and run out the front. A bad seal can also. A plugged oil return also. A surprising number of windmills do NOT have an oil seal in the front. They have other means of keeping oil in.
