Can anyone tell me the make of this stub tower i have? It had an Appleton mill on it, but it was heavily modified with a model a transmission and the stub tower looked more of just a work stand so not sure if its actually an Appleton tower.

I believe you’re correct in calling it an Appleton or at least the castings appear so. I have the same tower cap under my Butler, on a stub in my shop, as it fit and I understood the 903 to be Appleton when I researched it a few years back. I can’t speak for the X cross bracing strap, so those might be add-ons or not.

You have to zoom pretty good to see the 904 casting part # in that tower that I sent to you via a private message that was an Appleton.
