My Dad gave me this Hit and Miss before he passed away last year. Don't know a whole lot about them so my brother came over and we got her going in no time. Does anyone have any pics of there engines it would be cool to see them. Thanks guys !!

Very nice engine you have. It is amazing how simple but effective these can be. I have a small one also, will try to post later with a picture.
Re: Economy Hit and Miss
Economy engines are a separate line made by Hercules Co. in Evansville IN. They were made for and sold by Sears. I have a 1914 7Hp that drives a Grist Mill. It was my first engine bought in 1988. If yours has the serial number tag I can tell you when it was built. I'll find a picture of my engine and post it.

Here's my 1914 7 HP. I've ground a lot of corn while I've had it. Now it's waiting for the day I get tired of looking at it.
