Thought you don’t tie a wheel down or is he explaining tying it down just during maintenance/repairs for safety?

Better be for very temporary. Good way to make a windmill head look like an ear of corn in the husk.

Great point. Tie down temporary for maintenance only. The Hopi Indians are explaining some of their tricks of the trade to the class. They have 3 full time windmill crews that service over 100 windmills on their reservation. Thanks
