If anyone at the trade fair was wondering why the wind charger guy had a Samson on his trailer, here’s the story. A picker and antique friend in Freeport, IL rescued the Stover Mfg buildings from being demolished and wanted a Samson to decorate his historic palace. Amazing old buildings with lots of history, now serving as a storage and staging area for my friend Luke’s antique business among other things. The large room is 75’ square x 30’ tall. I dont know what Stover used it for but I could put up a lot of vintage wind gens in there.
Google or visit @northgroveantiques on Instagram to see more of Luke’s antique adventures.
