Hi all. I'm new to this forum and have enjoyed reading the topics. I am rebuilding a Baker K 8 foot from 1917 that is behind my house. I believe it is original to the farm. We had some damage from a wind storm a couple of years ago and I have taken it down. The windmill is in my shed and the tower is in 2 sections. The tower is fine and just needs painting and put back up. The windmill needs several blades and hoops, etc. I am in northern Oklahoma. I am looking for suggestions on where to get parts. Several years ago windybob looked at my windmill but I didn't do anything at the time. I would like to get a hold of him if anyone knows how too.

haha Dave that's funny! Maybe it took me 52 tries to get it right. You know, like WD 40.

Well, back again--or I guess "new to the this "new" forum" (Thanks,Paul) I'm still TipTop, the name of the Elgin windmill I was near when I was born 75 years ago+. I've collected "wind generators" since the early 80's (Wincharger, WindPower, Jacobs and some of the resurgent stuff of the 80's- WhirlWind, Enertech, and 10-23 Jacobs) then got into waterpumpers maybe 20 years ago. So, some of you will remember when I hung around before. Due to age and health, I will entertain parting with some of the stuff while I still get around. So, hello to all from North central Kansas. TipTop
