Anyone have a picture of a football monitor pullout mechanism? Figure it is a chain/pipe with ring on bottom to fit strap pull/ slip paw on strap iron............?

The projection that you see in the pic (#18) on the flat bar is a horseshoe like piece that fits over the washer on the bottom of the pull out tube.The horseshoe is the swivel for the pull out wire. The bottom of the flat bar goes through a slot in the storm stay.The hook on the chain hooks into the brake pull out on the main frame.I will look tomorrow to see if I have one I can take some pictures of.

# 1 chain attaches going up to the top end around the pulley on the head and hooks to #12 on the parts list outer sleeve bottom half.
# 2 fits into # 3 with that being the swivel. # 3 also goes through K 19 swivel slide guide.
# 4 goes through the slot in # 5. # 4 is where the pullout wire is attached to.
# 5 is the turn table.
I will send a parts list to Paul to put in the library.

Good explanation. It's all fairly easy to make except for #3. I still haven't figured that one out.

So i guess an L is a pullOUT mill rather than a pullIN mill. That setup is just like the Hambone mills.
