Anyone know the history of the Fiasa Windmill Co.(Argentina)? What are the stamp number codes on outside of the gear case on this FA-702? See pic below. Thanks

PS- This windmill is a rebuilt one purshased from Dakota Windmill Co., S.D.

i believe the 8 19 is Dakota windmill's rebuild date August of 2019
