Pump identification wanted
Pump identification wanted
This pump is on an auction, just curious if anyone can identify it, based off the "star". I have tried to enlarge the photo to try and read the lettering, but it becomes so grainy that it is unreadable. Thanks J.D.

Re: Pump identification wanted
I had one of those, but someone swiped it. Don't know what kind it is.
Call Dan Benjamin for parts. P M me for the phone number. IF YOU TALK TO HIM, AND HE HELPS YOU, THEN BUY FROM HIM. IT CREATES GOOD KARMA.
Re: Pump identification wanted
Possibly a "Blue Star" pump. They were in Galva, IL. I am not sure if they had their own foundry or private labeled someone else's pumps. I have one of their catalogs and I remember thinking they looked real similar to the Flint & Walling pumps. I have never seen a F&W pump with the "Star" cast on it like that, but they may have done that for private labeling...??
Re: Pump identification wanted
Like usual someone had more money than me. Had the auctioneer send me better pictures. It was a USWE pump. J. D.
Re: Pump identification wanted
I thought I was the only one that had that problem of other peoples check book being bigger than mine. LOL. Seems like I never have much luck at buying items at auctions.
