Thanks everybody. I did have a good birthday, although I moved from "middle age" to "older adult", at least I am still moving. For our Canadian friends, I picked up my new bee packages this morning. They are called Saskatraz Bees. Bred in Saskatchewan, suppose to be tougher and winter better and also be more mite resistant. We will see what happens. I have 4 bee hives and have lost 3 out of 4 the last 3 years over the winter. Figured Paul & Peter have to be tough to survive winter up north, why not bees.
