Stover Airflow disassembly

I came a cross a Stover M head this weekend (I think it's an M). It looks to be an 8ft or 10ft, the crank gears are 11-1/4" diameter which may be a clue. It's in pretty good shape, but won't turn.
I built a stand to adapt it to my 3 legged Rigid Plumber's stand, which worked pretty well with disassembly of my 10ft S model. In any case, I'm tearing it apart piece by piece, I got the crank gears and their short shaft, loose and removed. I got the internally splined pinion gears to rock in their bearing bore, so they are no longer frozen in their bearing, but...
The mainshaft is stuck.
I removed cover 23, which was roll pinned 25, bolted w/studs, nuts, 24) to splined shaft 19. This decoupled the hub 18 from the mainshaft 19.
With penetrating oil PB Blaster and an 8ft cheater pipe that I welded tabs to, I was able to work the hub and it's frozen bearings, free. Disconnecting it from the mainshaft helped.
I now have the mainshaft isolated from the hub, but it's good and stuck.
I removed the grub screw and 2" wrench-size nut, the bearings turn, but the hub and bearings are stuck on the nose 20.
What's my next move?
