I'd call it a theoretical number. A 14" cylinder, 20" stroke, that's 13.4 gal/stroke at 15 strokes/min is 200 gal/min or 12,000 gal/hr but at less than 10psi. That's water park type flow rates but the starting torque on the mill would be huge. Obviously, you'll want a pretty small cylinder...

I'm about 40 minutes from Bastrop, be glad to help if I can. I looked at it a couple weeks back. You're going to need a boom with some capacity to reach out over and lift to get the weight off the vanes to disassemble. Flatbed trailer would be a lot easier to load. That’s a great pic. It’s a very elegant design for 1930s. The cast aluminum governor spring cover is usually broken or missing.
