Re: B602 aer motor head questions
Georgie Go visit you local John Deere dealership and pickup a case of corn head picker grease and fill the head with it. Not the right way to repair it but it will work and its a thinner grease. I know of many Aermotor wind mills that have been pumping water for many a year using it as the land lord ...

Re: Aermotor towers.
Just a quick update. Never heard back from John on servicing the windmill. If anyone knows anyone that comes around the Lincoln Nebraska area that would like to service a Aermotor on a 60 Ft tower please reach out to me. My forty foot towable lift won't make this one.

Re: Aermotor towers.
Hedgerow It is a small windmill world out there. I assume you must be talking about the windmiller, John S____n? He grew up north of Greely and then worked for a well guy in Burwell. Then he went down to Dunbar and just moved back to north of Burwell over Labor Day. Having known him for close 20 ...

Re: Aermotor towers.
Dan and Ron thanks for the information. I will have to take a drive and try to measure the tower. I do think its a 60 foot tower. I am sure it was made after 1915. I think he would like to just take it down and sell it but his wife wants to keep it on the farm. He talked to one wind mill service man ...

Aermotor towers.
Had a buddy call with a question I couldn't answer. Hopefully a expert on here has the answer. I don't have any pictures or measurements of the tower it is a 602 or 702 on somewhere around a sixty foot tower. No body likes to oil that tall windmill any more. The windmill hasn't been used in 20 plus ...

Re: Farmall
There's a guy that comes to a local Friday night drive in car show that has a 53 Chev pickup with a part of a hedge tree in the front bumper. Looks pretty cool. I have cut a lot of trees out of farm equipment over the years.
