Did anyone look at the wooden connecting rod ? it also appears origional to the mill as with the oil resivor packing , silver paint , tail pin hole not worn , gears not worn , Thomas in San Marcos TX found a real beauty in Ill. for 100 years old !

YAH Paul , the windmill farm keeps growing and getting larger , more diversified . The tarmat at the airport will be busy with projects .

a while back there was a discussion on what product to use in the open geared windmill motors to slowly release the lube oil .
