trouble identifying

Have a part you can't identify? Did your parts get mixed up in the shop? Curious if that chunk of metal is a part you should keep? Not sure what kind of windmill or tower you have? Post photos of the mystery object here for the community to help identify.

The name on the vane is Pacific Hardware Steel Co San Francisco. I find nothing about the company in the big book. Interesting with the Eclipse weight. I'm betting someone that comes to the site knows the answer.

Other side of the tail sheet should have the make. Usually only one side has the supplier's name. I love that mill! It's AWESOME! 4 sails per section, mounted on the outside of the outer band. A couple companies did that, but not sure of the make of this one. Looks a little familiar though.

Omg. No wonder it looked familiar. I have one that I built several years ago. But I never had the wheel. Guess i'm losing it. lol Or maybe I just have too many mills to remember them all.

Wonder why, price to high? Looks like a keeper. Where is it located?
