Here's some pics of the Aeromotor Burr Grinder. It must be a model M. All the part numbers on it are 'M', and that agrees with the parts diagram.

Do you have the catalog page that names what those parts are called? What year is the catalog?
My Aermotor Model M grinder is a little different.

Burt i believe your safety clutch will hook directly to the top of your vertical shaft on your grinder if you don't plan on using your foot gear.
