Actually to me they look like the governor weight for a Dandy. At least the one on mine!!

I didn't get any with the 2 Dandys I worked over. Had to make them from cast iron pieces.

Over the years, I've had a couple of ancient power hacksaws that have used cast iron weights with mounting holes like those.

My governor weight for my Dandy fit on both sides of the angle iron. It was 2 piece.
