Hey Kevin was hoping to hear back from you i was a little concerned about the bullet holes in the hood. Tailvane and sails are one thing but the hood could mean trouble. Been there Done that. Anyway I hope you make out.

When I lower a standing tower after I have connected come alonges on the uphill side and town hill side. I cut the two legs under the uphill side and then cut the side of the angle iron on the down hill side and let the remaining angle iron act as a hinge. Then start pulling it over on the down hill side as I let out cable on the up hill side. It will at a point start going down by it's own weight. Then it's just let it slowly lay over.

I agree. Also, looks like the hub may have one ear broken off. I have rebuilt model 24' s and 37's. They are very similar inside the gearbox. There are a few tricks to disassemble one. If you rebuild it, I can explain a few things. Let us know.

Sorry for the delay in responding. I didn't realize you all were so active. I ended up not purchasing it as they wanted $1000, which seems more than it's worth. I have an Aeromotor 8 footer than I am already working on and I was mostly after a better tower.
