Oh wow you’re right on the brake shoe! I never even noticed that. Good eye! Well it works. I found your advice on another post about the furling. The latch should go under the pulleys not away from them. I had it set up wrong to begin with. Thanks to your advice I was able to get it fixed. Works pretty slick now.
