There is another on Craigslist near Wimberley, TX (south of Austin, TX) with a 40’ tower for $10k.

A week or more ago, someone had a D802 w/ tower (NOS - never installed) listed for $6k that needed to be sold because the seller was moving. Likely one of those two sellers snagged it up at $6k and is flipping it.
