It's like one I got from Dave Straub a few years back that I thought was a Dempster?

Looks like a Dempster pole guide in the tower. Only thing about the tower that looks Dempster is the twisted wires. Other than that I don't know.

Don’t know about being a dempster, but that is the same tower that is under my heller aller 6’

Tower looks Stover to me with the braided wire cross pieces. I'd say the L brackets aren't factory just an add on
