Anyone have a picture of Homer Sargent? He sold me my first wooden wheel mill in 2000, an Eclipse... He said then that he had found most of his mills in the scrap piles in farmers fields and that most of them were getting covered up with dirt because of government mandate...

Kind of neat to see his face again. Thanks. I wonder what kind of government mandate that was? Maybe a state? In Kansas nobody ever had to cover up a scrap pile, usually what was likely to get covered up was the guy that got caught stealing out of it. LOL
