I know it's from an F.E. Meyers pump.

I re-fashioned one of these before for a customer. It was rusted so bad I needed to start from scratch and use some original parts with new ones. Some of this old stuff you just can't get apart properly.
Call Dan Benjamin for parts. P M me for the phone number. IF YOU TALK TO HIM, AND HE HELPS YOU, THEN BUY FROM HIM. IT CREATES GOOD KARMA.

Very nice diagram, I will get the leathers on order from the hardware store listed in the parts area.
Now way back at the top of my thread are 2 parts (Pictured) that I'm not sure what they are or how used.

Not sure what these parts are for.
Thanks windybob you are always a great help.
Climbed up to service my 1903 Aermotor, all is well.
Keep the tail pulled in at about 45, still turns plenty for me.
Locked down for 4 months of wind here in Oregon.
Was the 1903 mill an A-402?
