Kenneth , your usual GREAT job , looks pretty , so of us get to repour more than twice so you learned quickly .

Mike, l just got lucky on my first pour. I did a lot of watching YouTube videos on pouring babbit. I picked up tips from each one. Then I applied what I learned on my pour. One thing I learned is to pack the babbit rite tight. Doesn't take much to have a leak. Here is the main frame poured and ready for paint.

Yes. It is clean after I cleaned it up. That's just me.

Got my mainframe painted today. Also brush painted the bed plate, the vane casting, and the big gear. See pics

Thanks guys. Looks like it will be on hold for a while. There is rain in the forecast all next week.
