It sure looks pretty close, hard to get a good picture right now. I will wait till later and try to duplicate the same angle

Thanks everyone for your help. At this time the owner is deciding what he wants to do. He asked me if I would rebuild it for him and I declined. He has no other parts other that what you see in the pictures I have posted. He wants a windmill to spin and this one would require too much work and then there the issues of lubrication once it is in use. I have suggested he look for an Aermotor or other run in oil type windmill that is complete with a tower.

a Stover Freeport mill I never heard of that mill before.

Made for 3 years, give or take. 1890's. It's referenced in the green book under Stover. Look in the back of the 'bible'. it's also referenced in the back of it.

Well it looks like the Stover Freeport is going back to Cali next week. The owner has a friend that wants to help him with it. Thanks everyone for your help in the identification.
