Pump for a Water Feature

Generally speaking, this area is for general discussion about windmills, in most cases.

Pump for a Water Feature

Post by JBarker »

I have a friend that has a A702 (non pumper, not over a well) that has a rock water tank next to it. They have a pipe from the windmill that runs over to the rock tank and they would like to have water coming out of that pipe as a water feature. Does anybody have any recommendations on a water solar pump I can use to take the water from the tank and circulate it to the windmill pipe and return back to the water tank so it overflows and makes a water feature? Thanks, hope this isnt too confusing.

Hey Jerry. I am planning to do something for my Wife's and am thinking of a line from a tank to a well cylinder and let the windmill run the cylinder. When we have wind the windmill will pump the water. I can tell people I hit water at 10 feet horizontal.
