Stover Tower Steps

Been doing some designing and fabbing fixtures for more items that seem to be desired.

Step 1 is cutting out blanks.

Step 2 is to notch the sides. They are in a fixture I made.

Drilling and locating slots.

After slotting.

My press-brake I made to rough bend them into shape.

After first form..

Then I run them through the finisher I made. No pictures of the finisher. A guy's got to have some secrets here.

Finished after running through the finisher, and drilling the rivet holes in another fixture. You can see the steps with the blank, the slotted blank, and the finished step. The finisher also puts a rib in both sides for strength Like the original.

As I've said over and over Windy your the smartest guy I know. But your wrong no I couldn't do that. I'm still struggling with how to make a cover to go over my windcharger control panel and battery.

You must mean the side / slanted ladder steps? Not yet. Maybe in the future. Need to recover from this project first. Needed to make more fixtures than I thought at first. Spent the day today tweaking previous fixtures. Now they are more user-friendly. Need to get 2 orders out tomorrow.
