Two more questions, I have three grease cups and three oil cups that came with the mill. I am not sure what is correct for this mill or did it use a combination of the two types ...

Thanks Bob I noticed that. I will add that to my to my windmill trivia knowledge! Now to figure out how the flat bar with bend fits up center of mast pipe without shortening bend.

Thanks Dan that is exactly what I needed everything you said makes sense. I will be sand blasting the pieces this week and let you know if I need any more information.
